Testicular Healing Needed

I have a medical problem in my testicles that requires me to masturbate sometimes to relieve the pain (the doctor recommended this). I’ve had two surgeries on my testicles already. There is always guilt when I do it because I don’t fee right about doing it (because of the pleasure associated with it). Please pray for me because I am beginning to see other doors trying to rear their ugly heads.
